How we handle your enquiry details and which external services this website uses.
Stay enquiries
The form uses your name, arrival and departure dates, and group size to prepare a message. It does not send it automatically: you choose email or WhatsApp and complete sending in that app. Your host receives the information you choose to send, including your email address or phone number.
Purpose and retention
We use enquiry details to check availability, prepare a quote and arrange your stay. We retain them for as long as needed for this communication and, if you book, to fulfil the booking and applicable obligations. We do not use them for marketing messages without a separate agreement.
External services
This website loads fonts through Google Fonts and displays Google Maps on the Location page. When these resources load, your browser connects to Google and sends technical information, including your IP address. If you choose WhatsApp or email, the selected service provider also handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Intro video preference
The website uses your browser’s sessionStorage to remember that you have dismissed the intro video, so it does not reopen each time you return within the same tab session. This preference contains no name, contact details or enquiry content.
