Rental rates and booking details.
Published rates include exclusive use of the whole estate for up to ten guests, final cleaning, pool heating as needed, utilities and tourist tax. No separate tourist tax payment is required on arrival.
A refundable security deposit of €400 is returned on the day of departure. The deposit is separate from the accommodation price. Your host will send a quote and the payment and cancellation terms before you confirm your booking.
The weekly total covers seven nights without an additional discount. For stays spanning different rate periods, each night is charged at the rate for that date.

Up to ten guests. Four double bedrooms with private bathrooms sleep eight; arrange the additional beds for a ninth and tenth guest before booking. There is also a guest WC.
Is the pool private?
The pool is for Villa IDOL guests only. Check its availability for your dates if travelling outside the main season.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated. It offers a refreshing dip on hot summer days, while in cooler months we heat the water as needed to keep swimming comfortable.
What is the internet connection like?
Wi-Fi is available, but the estate is in a remote location and the connection can sometimes be slow. If a fast, stable connection is important for your stay, please check the details with your host before booking.
Can we drink the tap water?
The estate uses collected rainwater. We recommend bottled water for drinking.
Can we bring a pet?
Yes. Mention your pet in your first enquiry so you can agree the details with the host.
Do we need a car?
We recommend a car for arrival and trips to beaches, shops and nearby towns. Parking on the estate is free.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. Contact the host in advance for arrivals outside these hours.
How do direct enquiries work?
Send your dates and guest numbers. The host replies with availability and an offer; the reservation is confirmed by a subsequent agreement.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
Request these with your offer and agree them with the host before booking. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a reservation.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is €400 and is returned on the day of departure. It is collected separately from the accommodation price.
Is tourist tax included in the price?
Yes. Tourist tax is included in the published accommodation rates, with no additional payment on arrival.
